Many people who come to see me look like they are coping well. They work, carry responsibilities, support others, and keep moving through life. But their body tells a different story.

The shoulders stay tight most of the time. The neck and upper back hold tension that never quite goes away. Sleep comes, but it does not fully restore energy. After a while, this level of tension starts to feel normal.

The body stays slightly tense, the nervous system remains on constant alert and even when life slows down, the body does not fully switch off. This is usually the moment people begin looking for support. And this is where the work begins.

Over the years I have seen how much stress the body can carry, and how quickly things begin to shift once the nervous system finally feels safe enough to let go. I work with people navigating chronic stress, fatigue, emotional overload, and the kind of nervous system dysregulation that does not shift with rest alone.

Through therapeutic bodywork, breath regulation, sound resonance, and carefully selected essential oils, the session supports your body in shifting out of survival mode and back toward regulation. Rather than forcing relaxation, we listen to what your nervous system is communicating.

Why This Work

Modern life rewards endurance but rarely teaches the body how to recover from stress. Over time the nervous system can become stuck in a constant state of alert. Even when life slows down, the body remains tense, the mind keeps running, and true rest becomes difficult.

This session creates the conditions for your nervous system to settle biologically, not just mentally. Many clients describe the experience as the first time their body has fully relaxed in months.

What happens in the session

Drawing on over 13 years of hands on experience working with the body and nervous system.

We begin with a short consultation and a Zyto Balance Scan. This is a non invasive stress response reading based on galvanic skin response. It helps highlight which systems in the body are currently under the most strain and guides the selection of oils and protocols used during the session.

The session may include:

Therapeutic bodywork
Targeted massage techniques supporting muscular, immune, lymphatic, and neurological systems.

Breath regulation
Guided breathing exercises that help shift the body toward parasympathetic recovery.

Sound resonance
Tuning forks, chimes, and crystal bowls used to encourage deep relaxation and nervous system settling.

Aromatherapy
Certified therapeutic grade essential oils selected through the Zyto Balance Scan to support your system on the day.

Together these elements support vagal tone, circulation, emotional settling, and a deep sense of internal release. Many clients describe the effect as a biological exhale.

Nervous System Reset Series


For many people, a single session brings noticeable relief. However, when the body has been carrying stress for a long time, deeper change often happens through consistency.

The Nervous System Reset Series is designed as a short progression of four sessions. Each session builds on the previous one, allowing the body to gradually release accumulated tension while the nervous system begins to relearn what safety and regulation feel like.

Clients often choose this option when they want to move beyond temporary relief and support their body in establishing a more stable baseline of calm and recovery

For best results, sessions are typically spaced weekly or fortnightly, allowing the work to unfold over approximately 4–6 weeks. Sessions remain valid for 3 months to allow flexibility in scheduling. You can choose the series option directly when booking.

Alina made me feel truly safe and relaxed, she has such a warm and welcoming energy about her that I felt so comfortable in no time! The second you step into the room you are hit with such calming scents and such a comforting vibe! I have not had such a good massage in such a long time! I fell asleep quite a few times during the massage because she held space to make me feel so safe. She has magic in her hands and in her voice and smile! My favourite part was when she used the tuning forks, the crystal singing bowls and the chimes! Feeling the vibrations and listening to the twinkling sounds reminded me of my childhood and how I used to look for the magic in life. This session is designed for people who feel ready to explore a deeper layer of their experience through the body.

While the Nervous System Reset focuses primarily on releasing physical tension and calming the nervous system, this immersion allows us to work with the emotional patterns that often sit underneath long-term stress.

Many people reach a point where physical tension is only part of the picture. Underneath there may be grief, life transitions, emotional pressure, or a sense of being stuck in the same internal loop.

This session creates a slower, more spacious environment where body awareness, emotion, and reflection can come together. Instead of analysing the mind, we listen to how experience lives in the body.

What We May Work With 

Before the session you are invited to identify one area of life that feels most present right now.

For example:

• A life transition or period of uncertainty
• Emotional patterns that feel difficult to move through
• A sense of being disconnected from your body or inner direction
• Grief, frustration, or emotional fatigue
• Feeling overwhelmed by responsibility or internal pressure

You do not need to have clear answers beforehand. The session helps reveal what your body is already holding. Many clients arrive simply knowing that something in their life feels unresolved or emotionally heavy. The session helps bring awareness to how that experience is held in the body.

What Happens During the Session


Each immersion follows a gentle structure but is guided by your system on the day. The session may include:

Initial conversation and intention setting
A short discussion to understand what feels most alive for you right now.

Somatic bodywork and nervous system regulation
Hands-on work to help the body release held tension and settle into safety.

Breath and body awareness practices
Simple guided techniques that help reconnect attention to the body.

Sound resonance
Tuning forks or crystal bowls used to deepen relaxation and internal awareness.

Reflective space
Moments of quiet integration where we notice what your body communicates.

Some sessions may also include gentle sensory or ritual elements that support grounding and presence. These are always optional and discussed beforehand.

Designed for clients who feel ready to explore emotional patterns through the body in a deeper and more spacious format.

What this session is 

An introduction to somatic immersion and plant assisted body listening. This immersive session combines therapeutic touch, nervous system regulation, and body awareness to create a space where physical sensation, emotion, and reflection can meet.

Slower and more spacious than a standard session, it allows the body time to process experiences that often remain held beneath everyday stress.

This session is not:

This session does not guarantee a specific breakthrough or outcome.
It is not a substitute for medical care or psychological treatment.
It is also not a large plant ceremony or a quick relaxation massage.

People respond to this work in different ways. Some leave feeling lighter and clearer. Others may feel tired, emotional, or more reflective for a short period as the body processes what has shifted.

All responses are welcome and we move at a pace that feels safe for your system. You are free to pause, slow down, or stop at any point during the session.
