Soul Spa Alchemy

Soul Spa Alchemy is a home based somatic practice in East London focused on nervous system regulation for high functioning women. I work through hands on bodywork, breath pacing, fascia release, sound, and sensory led movement to support regulation, recovery, and embodied safety.

Alongside one to one sessions, I offer small group and movement experiences designed to restore joy, pleasure, and playfulness through nervous system led embodiment. Sessions are by appointment only in a calm, personal setting.
