Soul Spa Alchemy offers deeply restorative, body based work for those living under chronic stress, emotional load, or long periods of holding it all together.

This is a space for those who feel tense, tired, or unable to fully switch off, even when they want to. Through touch, sound, breath, and personalised essential oils, the body is given time to soften out of constant alert and return to a felt sense of safety and ease.

The work is grounded, and attuned. Rather than working through the mind alone, the session engages the body directly allowing the system to reorganise through sensation, pacing, and presence.

Nervous System Reset

This session is for people whose bodies have been online for too long.

Many arrive wired and tired at the same time, sleeping but not resting, holding tension they can’t quite shake. The Reset gives your body a window to downshift.

During the session we:

Listen to how stress is showing up in your body on that day
Work with nurturing touch to unwind holding patterns
Use sound and breath to slow the internal tempo
Apply carefully chosen essential oils to support grounding, regulation, and repair

The aim is for your system to come out of survival mode enough that you leave feeling heavier in a good way, clearer in your head, and more at home in your own skin.
